1. Platform Purpose & Medical Scope

Brahtak operates as a digital healthcare management and scheduling intermediary connecting certified physical therapists, medical cupping (Hijama) practitioners, and therapeutic massage specialists with patients across Cairo and Giza.

In acute medical life-threatening emergencies, patients must immediately contact the Egyptian Ambulance Service at 123 or visit the nearest emergency facility.

2. Bookings & 100 EGP Deposit Verification

To prevent fraudulent bookings and reserve the practitioner's travel schedule, every Home Visit requires a standard 100 EGP deposit payable securely via:

Smart Mobile Wallets: فودافون كاش، أورنج موني، اتصالات كاش، وي باي.
InstaPay (IPA / IPN): تحويل لحظي مباشر عبر التطبيق البنكي.

The remaining balance is paid in cash or direct wallet transfer upon in-person session completion. Practitioners cannot unilaterally alter agreed pricing after appointment confirmation.

3. Patient Safety & Hygiene Standards

Patient health and sterilization integrity are strictly enforced under the Brahtak Safety Charter:

100% Sterile Single-Use Kits All Hijama surgical cups and blades must be unsealed fresh in front of the patient and safely discarded in biohazard containers.

Equipment Disinfection All physical therapy modalities (TENS, ultrasound heads, mobile treatment tables) are disinfected with medical-grade sanitizers before each visit.

4. Practitioner Verification & Trust System

No practitioner is permitted to accept appointments without achieving Verified Professional status, which entails:

Inspection and verification of Egyptian National ID card.
Verification of General Syndicate of Physical Therapy membership and MOH Practice License.
Signature of the legally binding Digital Provider Agreement with full non-disclosure clauses.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Patient Cancellations: Free cancellation and deposit refund or rescheduling is permitted up to 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Practitioner No-Shows: If a practitioner fails to arrive without prior notification, the patient receives an instant 100% deposit refund plus booking priority.

6. Egyptian Personal Data Protection (Law 151/2020)

In accordance with Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, patient medical history and personal contact information are encrypted and strictly protected.
